When He makes up His jewels, will YOU be among those He gathers? Among those He raises up at the last day? Here is God&rsquo;s self-test quiz!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Psalms1512\">Psalms 15:1-2<\/span><\/strong> <em>LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? <strong>who shall dwell in thy holy hill?<\/strong> He that walketh uprightly, and <strong>worketh righteousness<\/strong>, &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you walk upwardly, and work righteousness? This is a very broad command. It covers quite a bit. It means <strong>do you KEEP the commandments, no matter what or WHO you are dealing with?<\/strong> Do you DWELL on His law? Do you compare your <em>every<\/em> thought and decision to it? Can you be TRUSTED, with <em>anything<\/em>&nbsp;&ndash; no matter how great?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Psalms152Verse2\" data-verse=\"Psalms 15:2\">Verse 2<\/span><\/strong> <em>&#8230;and speaketh the truth in his heart.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you speak the truth in your heart? Does your word mean <em>exactly<\/em> what you say? Is there guile and deceit found in your mouth? Or do you &ldquo;color&rdquo; the truth, to suit your needs&#8230; tell <em>little<\/em> white lies&nbsp;&ndash; only to avoid offense of course. <strong>Be honest now<\/strong>&nbsp;&ndash; no one will see the results but you and God, and <strong>God already knows<\/strong>&#8230; can God speak of you as He did Nathaniel?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00John147\">John 1:47<\/span><\/strong> <em>Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, <strong>in whom is no guile!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Can you be ABSOLUTELY TRUSTED at your word? Or do you say something, then mutter under your breath as you walk away something you LACKED COURAGE to say to a person&rsquo;s face? If you do, then you <strong>do NOT speak the truth from your heart<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"10Psalms153\">Psalms 15:3<\/span><\/strong> <em>He that backbiteth not with his tongue,<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The word <em>&ldquo;backbiteth&rdquo;<\/em> in the Hebrew means <em>&ldquo;slander&rdquo;<\/em>. To slander someone means to bring a public accusation against them <em>without<\/em> proof or grounds.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"10Psalms153Verse3\" data-verse=\"Psalms 15:3\">Verse 3<\/span><\/strong> <em>&#8230;nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you love your neighbor AS MUCH as you love YOURSELF? Do you in *any* way harm your neighbor? This covers <em>everything<\/em> from stealing his tools to having a barking dog that annoys the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"20Psalms154Verse4\" data-verse=\"Psalms 15:4\">Verse 4<\/span><\/strong> <em>In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you condemn evil? <strong>Do you HATE evil?<\/strong> Do you speak out against it <em>whenever<\/em> and <em>wherever<\/em> you see it&nbsp;&ndash; <em>whatever<\/em> the consequences? It is <em>your<\/em> responsibility NOT to allow evil to go unnoticed.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Leviticus1917\">Leviticus 19:17<\/span><\/strong> <em>Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: <strong>thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If you see someone sinning, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to tell him! <a href=\"\/articles\/2019\/03\/15\/you-are-your-brothers-keeper-and-your-neighbors-too\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"YOU Are Your Brother's Keeper - And Your Neighbor's, Too!\">You ARE your brother&rsquo;s keeper!<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Job3134\">Job 31:34<\/span><\/strong> <em>Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, <strong>that I kept silence<\/strong>, and went not out of the door?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Practically everyone is ASHAMED of the God they claim to worship today!<\/strong> Yes, ASHAMED! When you go to someone&rsquo;s house and they want to serve you unclean food&#8230; you are ashamed to tell them WHY you don&rsquo;t eat them! After all, they&rsquo;d think you were strange. <strong>The contempt of other people TERRIFIES most in the church today, so they keep silent.<\/strong>.. Oh, they justify it it&nbsp;&ndash; but in the process, <strong>they DENY CHRIST<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>So&#8230; do you CONDEMN the VILE person?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"21Job314Verse4\" data-verse=\"Job 31:4\">Verse 4<\/span><\/strong> <em>&#8230;but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Here is a big one. <strong>Do you say you&rsquo;ll do something, and NO MATTER WHAT, keep your word?<\/strong> This can be carried anywhere from <em>being somewhere<\/em> at the TIME you <em>say<\/em> you will&#8230; to making a business deal, and NOT backing out, BECAUSE YOU GAVE YOUR WORD. <strong>It doesn&rsquo;t matter if it hurts you or not<\/strong>&#8230; if a word leaves your mouth, it had best not return empty.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Isaiah5511\">Isaiah 55:11<\/span><\/strong> <em>So shall <strong>my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void<\/strong>, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>God&rsquo;s word means something. So should yours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"20Psalms155\">Psalms 15:5<\/span><\/strong> <em>He that putteth not out his money to usury,&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you have any idea how far-reaching usury is in our society today? Do YOU put your money out to usury? According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblestudytools.com\/dictionaries\/eastons-bible-dictionary\/usury.html\" target=\"_blank\">Easton&#8217;s Bible Dictionary<\/a>, usury is <em>&#8220;The sum paid for the use of money, hence interest.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Usury is money making money. <strong>God did not design gold to make more gold<\/strong>. He told Adam to <em>dress and keep the earth<\/em>. This is how God INTENDED for man to <em>make<\/em> his livelihood. But instead, mankind invests his money in the stock market&nbsp;&ndash; or in banks&nbsp;&ndash; to draw interest on his money, WITHOUT WORKING FOR IT.<\/p>\n<p>This is NOT a Godly system, and one of the qualifications to dwell on His holy hill that you <strong>not put your money out to USURY!<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"40Psalms155Verse5\" data-verse=\"Psalms 15:5\">Verse 5<\/span><\/strong> <em>&#8230;nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall NEVER BE MOVED.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Well, how did you fare in this test? Will you dwell on His holy hill? Hopefully, you passed all these tests with flying colors. Unfortunately, you may have noticed one or two things that you fall short of. Again, <strong>you&rsquo;re the only one who can fill out the test, and the only one who can judge your results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The beautiful thing is, <strong>it doesn&rsquo;t matter what you&rsquo;ve done yesterday, or how you fared on the test<\/strong>. Don&rsquo;t get me wrong, if you don&rsquo;t <em>change the problems<\/em> this may have brought to light, you will die in your sins&nbsp;&ndash; but if you will change those things <em>now<\/em>, and REPENT of your shortcomings, and DO IT RIGHT NEXT TIME&#8230; Well&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Ezekiel3311\">Ezekiel 33:11<\/span><\/strong> <em>Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, <strong>I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live<\/strong>: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Will YOU dwell on God&rsquo;s holy hill?
