{"id":1686,"date":"2021-08-02T00:38:12","date_gmt":"2021-08-02T00:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thesimpleanswers.com\/articles\/?p=1686"},"modified":"2024-10-05T12:46:04","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T12:46:04","slug":"goal-of-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesimpleanswers.com\/articles\/2021\/08\/02\/goal-of-life\/","title":{"rendered":"Goal Of Life"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p><span class=\"verse\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>All life has one ultimate goal: to reproduce.<\/p>\n<p>They struggle to survive, but in the end, all life puts reproduction above all other things&nbsp;&ndash; sacrificing themselves for their offspring, if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Consider the journey of the salmon; a bear defending her cubs; a bird starving itself to keep her eggs warm; bull elk fighting to the death for the right to mate. All life prioritizes reproduction.<\/p>\n<p>It lives, so that it can make more like itself. This is true of every single living organism in the universe, as far as we know.<\/p>\n<p>So how can it not be true of the One who created all of those things?<\/p>\n<p>The one thing all religions agree on, everywhere, is that God is God, and nothing can ever be like Him. To even discuss it is blasphemy; to even consider it is sacrilege. <strong>Man cannot become God\u2026 so they say<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But if there is a Creator, <strong>how can His ultimate goal be anything<\/strong> <em><strong>but<\/strong> <\/em><strong>reproducing after His kind? How can His purpose be anything<\/strong> <em><strong>but<\/strong> <\/em><strong>CREATING more beings like Him?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, every Christian believes that God is their Father. <em>But strangely, they believe that they can never be like Him!<\/em> That no man can ever truly be like God in any way.<\/p>\n<p>If that makes sense to you, you probably will find nothing of value on this website. Because it doesn\u2019t make sense to me. <strong>How can you be someone\u2019s child, and<\/strong> <em><strong>not<\/strong> <\/em><strong>have the potential to grow up exactly like them in every way?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Romans120\">Romans 1:20<\/span> (NKJV)<\/strong> <em>For since the creation of the world <strong>His invisible attributes are clearly seen<\/strong>, <strong>being understood by the things that are made<\/strong>, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>God MEANT for us to look at the world He created, <em>and to understand His invisible attributes from them!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Christians throughout the world believe God created man in His image, and is the Creator of all life. <strong>So why do they not believe that God is like the very life He created?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Why do none of them truly believe that God\u2019s goal is to reproduce Himself? Why can\u2019t they believe that God\u2019s goal is for us to one day be like Him <em>in every way?<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"001nbspJohn312\">1&nbsp;John 3:1-2<\/span> (NKJV)<\/strong> <em>Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called <strong>children of God<\/strong>! \u2026Beloved, now <strong>we are children of God<\/strong>; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, <strong>WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM<\/strong>, for we shall see Him as He is.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If we \u201cshall be like Him\u201d\u2026 how can we possibly not be\u2026 LIKE Him?<\/p>\n<p>Christians today largely believe that God is indescribable; yet the Bible bursts with descriptions of Him <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"00Revelation11115\" class=\"verse\">Revelation 1:11-15<\/span><span class=\"unbold\">,<\/span> <span id=\"00Exodus331823\" class=\"verse\">Exodus 33:18-23<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><span class=\"unbold\">.<\/span> So why won\u2019t anyone believe Him?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Genesis127\">Genesis 1:27<\/span><\/strong> <em>And <strong>God made man in his image, in the image of God he made him<\/strong>: male and female he made them.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Bear with me on this: if God made man <em>in the image of God\u2026<\/em> then by looking at man, <em>you can see what God looks like.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Right?<\/p>\n<p>If the copy doesn\u2019t reveal the original, then it\u2019s not a very good copy, is it? If the image in your mirror doesn\u2019t look like you, something is amiss.<\/p>\n<p>So what does God look like? Look in a mirror! For you were made to look like Him. Therefore He looks like you!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"001nbspCorinthians117\">1&nbsp;Corinthians 11:7<\/span><\/strong> <em>For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as <strong>he is the image and glory of God<\/strong>: but the woman is the glory of the man.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Many people would say \u201coh, well that was just spiritual; God doesn\u2019t actually <em>have<\/em> a body!\u201d How do they know? If God has no body, then in whose image were we made? <strong>If there is no pattern, then of what are we a copy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Daniel79\">Daniel 7:9<\/span> (NKJV)<\/strong> <em>\u201cI watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Now if God doesn\u2019t actually, in some real sense, <em>have<\/em> hair, what are we seeing there? What was Daniel seeing, if not the body of God? <strong>Why describe, in such great detail, something which doesn\u2019t exist?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>More importantly, why <em>bother<\/em> dismissing this as spiritual? What motivation is there in scripture to say \u201coh, ignore all of that, God has no body?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Christians today are all too willing to dismiss inconvenient verses in order to cling to their superstitions and preconceptions; but read those verses again. <strong>If God has no corporeal form, then neither could we. We do, ergo, He does!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When Adam had a son, was it&nbsp;&ndash; even as a baby&nbsp;&ndash; like him <em>in every meaningful way?<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"10Genesis53\">Genesis 5:3<\/span><\/strong> <em>And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and <strong>begat a son in his own likeness, after his image<\/strong>; and called his name Seth:<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So Seth was in Adam\u2019s image <em>and likeness.<\/em> Seth both <em>looked<\/em> and <em>acted<\/em> like his father, Adam. So how can the relationship between Adam and his Father, God, be any different?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"20Genesis126\">Genesis 1:26<\/span><\/strong> <em>And God said, Let us make man <strong>in our image, after our likeness<\/strong>\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If that isn\u2019t what we are to God\u2026 then WHY call us sons and daughters at all??<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s make this very clear. If you have a human father, you will one day grow up to be just like him in every meaningful way. The same height, the same strength, the same intelligence, and the same basic appearance.<\/p>\n<p>There will be minor variations, of course, because you aren\u2019t the <em>same<\/em> person; but you will be very much like him. And the Bible clearly says that we are the offspring of God <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"00Acts1728\" class=\"verse\">Acts 17:28<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Now think about what that means; if a ram reproduces, it has a young lamb; not as large, not capable of feeding itself, not capable of defending itself from predators\u2026 <em>but recognizably a sheep.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is true of all life in the universe; the child, however strange it may look in the womb or cocoon or egg, however weak and fragile it might be as an infant, one day grows up to be like the parent; <strong>with no appreciable difference in strength, skill, or size between generations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>How can this not be true of God\u2019s offspring??<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Ephesians413\">Ephesians 4:13<\/span> (NKJV)<\/strong> <em>until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as <strong>we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This is a favorite scripture for many. So how come\u2026 none of them believe what it says? It says we have the potential to <em>mature to the full height of the stature of Christ.<\/em> <strong>That we can be in every way like He is!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He came to Earth to be in every way like we are; fully human, with all of our challenges and temptations <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"00Hebrews21418\" class=\"verse\">Hebrews 2:14-18<\/span><span class=\"unbold\">,<\/span><span id=\"120Hebrews415415\" class=\"verse\" data-verse=\"Hebrews 4:15\"> 4:15<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>; <em>and by overcoming those things, made it possible for us to be fully divine, in every way like He is now!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Merely for quoting these verses, some readers of this will send me hate-mail accusing me of blasphemy; count on it. They\u2019ll say it\u2019s impossible, and sacrilegious, \u201cfor who can ever truly be like God?\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"10John1033\">John 10:33<\/span><\/strong> <em>The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but <strong>for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>What was Jesus\u2019 blasphemy in their eyes? That He dared to call God His Father <em><strong>and mean it literally!<\/strong><\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"20John102732\" class=\"verse\">John 10:27-32<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"30John103436\">John 10:34-36<\/span><\/strong> <em>Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, <strong>Ye are gods?<\/strong> If <strong>he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came<\/strong>, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Now you might say \u201cwell, sure, but that\u2019s Jesus; of course HE could call Himself the <strong>actual Son of God; but we are humans, and we<\/strong> <em><strong>can never be like Him in that way\u201d<\/strong><strong><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jesus was quoting <strong><span id=\"00Psalm826\" class=\"verse\">Psalm 82:6<\/span><\/strong>, which says <em>\u201cI have said, Ye are gods; and <u>all of you<\/u> are children of the most High\u201d<\/em>. He said this applied to Him\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But this verse makes it clear that ALL OF YOU are ALSO children of the most High, and thus\u2026 are potentially sons and daughters of God! <em>And Paul commanded us to act like it!<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Philippians256\">Philippians 2:5-6<\/span> NKJV<\/strong> <em>Let <strong>this mind<\/strong> be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, <strong>did not consider it robbery to be equal with God<\/strong>,<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jesus did not consider it blasphemy to be equal with God. To think of Himself as part of God\u2019s species, one with God <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"40John1030\" class=\"verse\">John 10:30<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><span class=\"unbold\">.<\/span> And neither should you<\/strong> <em><strong>because you are also in the form of God!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yet who today has that mind in them? Do you believe that you will one day be like Him <em>in all things?<\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"10Ephesians415\" class=\"verse\">Ephesians 4:15<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>. No, of course you aren\u2019t very much like Him now; but as you <em>grow up<\/em> you can <em>become<\/em> like Him <em>in every way.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Think about that:<\/strong> <em><strong>Every way<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Why do Christians today try to spiritualize away something that is so easy to understand, and such a <em>tremendous<\/em> offer?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"002nbspCorinthians618\">2&nbsp;Corinthians 6:18<\/span><\/strong> <em>And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Your son is made from your own DNA, and your goal&nbsp;&ndash; even if it costs your own life to achieve it&nbsp;&ndash; is for him to grow up healthy and strong <em>and in every way like you&nbsp;&ndash; if not better!<\/em> <strong>And since God built you<\/strong> <em><strong>after His own pattern\u2026<\/strong> <\/em><strong>how could God be any different??<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most Christians picture themselves one day having a relationship with God not unlike a beloved pet; one who can never understand His master, but loves Him blindly and lives for the tiniest morsel of attention.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026But that\u2019s not the relationship a son has with his father!<\/p>\n<p>If we succeed in finding salvation, our relationship with Him will not be slave-and-master, servant-and-Lord <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"50John1515\" class=\"verse\">John 15:15<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nor will it be like the relationship He has with the angels <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"10Revelation1910\" class=\"verse\">Revelation 19:10<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>, whose purpose is to help US find salvation <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"10Hebrews15\" class=\"verse\">Hebrews 1:5<\/span><span id=\"00Hebrews113141314\" class=\"verse\" data-verse=\"Hebrews 1:13-14\">, 13-14<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Because none of these things call God \u201cAbba!\u201d<\/strong> <\/em><strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"00Galatians46\" class=\"verse\">Galatians 4:6<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>. None of them were told <em>\u201che that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations\u201d<\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"20Revelation226\" class=\"verse\">Revelation 2:26<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But we were! Because we are God\u2019s <em>children, and no one treats their son as a slave<\/em>; nor do you treat him as a servant; and certainly not as a dog. <strong>You treat him as a son, you train him to act like you, and raise him to be an heir to all you have!<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"10Romans817\">Romans 8:17<\/span><\/strong> <em>And if children, then heirs; <strong>heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ<\/strong>; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also <strong>glorified together<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Like Him.<\/em> In His image, and in His likeness. <em>Glorified together<\/em> with Jesus; heirs, as Jesus is, of the Father\u2019s throne. Friends of God; sons of God; rulers in the throne of God; <strong>how many different ways must the Bible say it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"20Hebrews2911\" class=\"verse\">Hebrews 2:9-11<\/span><\/strong> tells us that Jesus is not ashamed to call us His brethren; not metaphorically, but literally. Why then, are you afraid to call Him yours?<\/p>\n<p>Jesus didn\u2019t think it was robbery to compare Himself to God; why then, since you are made in the same image as He was, do you feel like it is blasphemy?<\/p>\n<p>We are commanded to have this same mind in us; and yet there is scarcely a Christian alive who truly thinks of himself as the offspring of God, with the potential <em>to literally become a God, just like God is a God.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Impossible, you say?<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"00Mark1027\">Mark 10:27<\/span><\/strong> <em>And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>God <strong>created mankind<\/strong> for this exact purpose. He told us so, point-blank, a thousand times in the Bible. If it weren\u2019t possible, <em><strong>then God has wasted an awful lot of effort!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>God created us because He wanted children<\/strong>; literal, actual children, in every way like Him. And He designed us in His image <em>so that we could understand that.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So that by being fathers and having sons of our own, we could understand what He is trying to do here.<\/p>\n<p>So that by knowing what we want for our children&nbsp;&ndash; and what we expect <em>from<\/em> them&nbsp;&ndash; we can understand what He wants for us\u2026 and what He expects from us in return.<\/p>\n<p>We were made in the image of God, to look like God, from the very first day <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"01Genesis127\" class=\"verse\">Genesis 1:27<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>. <strong>That part was easy&nbsp;&ndash; simply looking like God<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But we were not made in God\u2019s <em>likeness<\/em> because teaching a child to <em>act<\/em> like you takes time! It takes training, and <strong>none of us are finished yet!<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"verse-highlight\"><strong><span id=\"102nbspCorinthians31718\">2&nbsp;Corinthians 3:17-18<\/span> NKJV<\/strong> <em>Now the Lord is the Spirit; \u2026But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, <strong>are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory<\/strong>, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>We are all born bearing the face of God, but we are meant to spend our lives<\/strong> <em><strong>growing into a copy of the soul of God.<\/strong> <\/em>So that, one mistake at a time, we can learn to make better and better choices&nbsp;&ndash; until our choices would be a copy of His own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Because humans are not really a separate species from God at all\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We are just the<\/strong> <em><strong>embryonic form of God<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Of course we are not Gods today. Right now, we are as much like God as an unfertilized egg is like its father.<\/p>\n<p>Yet we have everything necessary within us to become a God, just as a human egg has the potential to become a person.<\/p>\n<p>At first, the human embryo looks nothing like his father&nbsp;&ndash; and yet, look deeper, to the DNA, and it is <em>everything<\/em> like him. <em>And the older that embryo gets, the easier it becomes to see the family resemblance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As with humans, the true life of a God begins with fertilization&nbsp;&ndash; when the spirit of the Father joins with the egg in the mother.<\/p>\n<p>Properly speaking, all uncalled humans in the world are eggs of God, not embryos; for it is only when we receive <em>His spirit<\/em> that we begin the process of becoming like Him, and truly begin to live <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"60John663\" class=\"verse\">John 6:63<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Bible calls this being \u201cbegotten again,\u201d often mistranslated being \u201cborn again\u201d <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"70John334\" class=\"verse\">John 3:3-4<\/span><span class=\"unbold\">,<\/span> <span id=\"00Job121\" class=\"verse\">Job 1:21<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>, really just \u201cconceived for the second time.\u201d We were all conceived once, as humans; this speaks of being conceived a second time, this time as a God-fetus.<\/p>\n<p>All of the dogma surrounding religion you\u2019ve heard was built up because men wouldn\u2019t just believe <strong>they were God\u2019s children, going through a metaphorical process of gestation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why they confuse simple words like \u201cbaptism\u201d and \u201creceiving the spirit\u201d and \u201cbeing born again,\u201d which are just metaphorical ways of saying the egg is cycling through the uterus, bathing in sperm, and being <em>conceived as a new creature<\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"202nbspCorinthians517\" class=\"verse\">2&nbsp;Corinthians 5:17<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simple\u2026 if you don\u2019t overcomplicate it. Ridiculously complicated, if you refuse to believe the simple truth that men are meant to become Gods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But like human eggs, there are millions of eggs in a woman that never become humans. Only a few hundred&nbsp;&ndash; still a large number&nbsp;&ndash; are actually cycled, or \u201ccalled.\u201d But very few of those are <em>chosen<\/em> and become fertilized <em>people<\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"00Matthew2214\" class=\"verse\">Matthew 22:14<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>. And fewer still make it to term <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"30Revelation1714\" class=\"verse\">Revelation 17:14<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All babies must ultimately take a one-way ride from a safe and comfortable life to an unknowable future, with no idea what awaits them and no guarantee they\u2019ll begin breathing again on the other side of the womb.<\/p>\n<p>In between labor and birth, babies lose the ability to breathe through their mother. In a very real sense, they die, until they begin breathing in their new world, and a new stage of their life begins. What baby would willingly risk that, if given a choice?<\/p>\n<p>Our lives today are the gestation period of God\u2019s children. If we were called by God, and receive His spirit, we begin to grow. But like any fetus, we must ultimately leave the womb and die in order to live with God <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"101nbspCorinthians153538\" class=\"verse\">1&nbsp;Corinthians 15:35-38<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You were once a baby; would you prefer to have remained one? Likewise, our future death <em>as a fetus<\/em> is necessary to begin our life as a true God <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"30Hebrews927\" class=\"verse\">Hebrews 9:27<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>. And like any fetus, we can\u2019t know what\u2019s on the other side of that <em>veil\u2026 but we know that we will be like our Father when we come out the other side<\/em> <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"101nbspJohn32\" class=\"verse\">1&nbsp;John 3:2<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Even then, even after our resurrection, we will only be babies of God; but we will be <em>Gods,<\/em> not just embryos with closed eyes, dimly perceiving the sound and light of the real world through the walls of our mother\u2019s belly. <em>We will see the true world as it is,<\/em> in our <em>real<\/em> bodies <strong><span class=\"make_blue\">(<\/span><span id=\"201nbspCorinthians154250\" class=\"verse\">1&nbsp;Corinthians 15:42-50<\/span><span class=\"make_blue\">)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Just as human babies do, we will have to learn how to walk and talk in that body; <em>but we will assuredly grow up to be the spitting image of God<\/em>, both in appearance <em>and<\/em> in character.<\/p>\n<p>This is not hard to prove&nbsp;&ndash; we have hardly scratched the surface here. Hundreds of other verses say these things\u2026 In fact, it takes a great deal of effort <em>not<\/em> to see this in the Bible.<\/p>\n<p>But to see any of these things, you have to first believe that when God said \u201cI will be their Father,\u201d <em><strong>He meant it<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sadly, few if any religions today do. <em>But God didn\u2019t call religions to be His children\u2026 He called you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Are you interested in becoming an actual child of God?
